Due to cost of rooms for Thursday night, Odderators arrive on Friday morning for set up, so those arriving early will have to make their own entertainment whilst we set up. Although the games will have started by then, check-in is typically not until 14:00, but the hotel is happy to hold luggage for you, or you can bring your luggage into the hall and stash in a corner until check in.
Alternative methods of payment are available on request. Please contact Steve at for bank transfer details or to arrange other accepted methods of payment.
All rooms will be booked by the convention upon receipt of full payment. If you are booking a room in advance, payment in full is required by 20th September. If you have been to OddConUK before, please get in touch to see whether you qualify for a loyalty discount.
Please Note :
For cheque and postal order payments, we will hold the booking for a period of 10 days to allow time for your payment to reach us. After this time your reservation will be released and you will need to resubmit your booking request.

Non-Residential tickets are for anyone who has not arranged accommodation at the event with OddConUK.

- Access to the convention for one day only. This does not include dinner, which will have to be purchased separately.
- Ticket DAY-SNG-2 - £25 on the day
- Access to the convention for two days only. This does not include dinner, which will have to be purchased separately.

- Access to the convention for whole weekend. This does not include dinner, which will have to be purchased separately.
