Prices & Times

The convention function rooms are open from: Friday 14th October at 10.00 and close on Sunday 16th October at 19.00.
 
Due to cost of rooms for Thursday night, Odderators will be arriving on Friday morning for set up so those arriving early will have to make their own entertainment whilst we set up. Although we intend to start early you won't be able to check into rooms until the afternoon but the hotel is happy to hold luggage for you, or you can bring your luggage into the hall and stash in a corner until check in.
 
All rooms will be booked by the convention upon receipt of full payment. If you are booking a room in advance, payment in full is required by 1st September.
 
There is no Standard Room (No Meals) only option available as the hotel's current pricing quoted is the same as with B&B only.

Non-Residential tickets are for anyone who has not arranged accommodation at the event with OddConUK.

Ticket DAY-SNG-1 - £15 on the day
Access to the convention for one day only. This does not include dinner, which will have to be purchased separately.

Access to the convention for two days only. This does not include dinner, which will have to be purchased separately.
