The convention function rooms are open from: Friday 24th October at 10.00 and close on Sunday 26th October at 19.00

However, Odderators will be arriving on the Thursday evening for set up and departing on the Monday morning after Sunday night’s end of convention meal. To this end, we have agreed a discounted rate for these nights should delegates wish to extend their weekend.

Ticket D – £25.00

Non-residential access to the convention over all three days.

* There is a single supplement of £20 per night charged by the hotel.
** A nominal charge may be required for some games to cover printing costs etc.

Please note that if you wish to arrive on the Thursday night, the hotel is charging significantly more than for the rest of the convention. Please contact us prior to booking if you wish to arrive Thursday evening.

Booking Terms

  1. Select your ticket and pay the deposit.
  2. On receipt of your deposit, The ODDConUK team will send on to you a pre-filled standing order form and PayPal invoice.
  3. You then have the option of making payment in full within thirty days or set up monthly payment by due date as per standing order.

NB : If no payment or bank confirmation is received within the 30 days then your deposit is forfeit.
