Prices & Times
The convention function rooms are open from: Friday 15th October at 10.00 and close on Sunday 17th October at 19.00.
Due to cost of rooms for Thursday night, Odderators will be arriving on Friday morning for set up so those arriving early will have to make their own entertainment whilst we set up. Although we intend to start early you won't be able to check into rooms until the afternoon but the hotel is happy to hold luggage for you, or you can bring your luggage into the hall and stash in a corner until check in.
All rooms will be booked by the convention upon receipt of full payment. If you are booking a room in advance, payment in full is required by 1st September.
As of 20th July, 2010, the hotel has reduced the tariffs on rooms – so we are sharing that saving with you too! If you have already paid – you will receive a refund to reflect the new payment level.

Non-Residential tickets are for anyone who has not arranged accommodation at the event with OddConUK.

- Access to the convention for one day only. This does not include dinner, which will have to be purchased separately.
- Ticket DAY-SNG-2 - £25 on the day
- Access to the convention for two days only. This does not include dinner, which will have to be purchased separately.
- Ticket DAY-SNG-3 - £30 on the day
- Access to the convention for whole weekend. This does not include dinner, which will have to be purchased separately.
